You Are Paying to Haul 90% Water.
Whether it's a municipal wastewater plant, an industrial settling pond, or an agricultural lagoon, sediment removal is a logistical questions.
-Exorbitant Hauling Costs: Vacuum trucks are expensive. hauling liquid sludge means you are paying to transport water.
-Landfill Rejection: Most landfills reject liquid waste that fails the Paint Filter Test.
-Inefficient Bulking Agents: Traditional methods like sawdust or wood chips increase waste volume by 100-200%, doubling your truckloads.
-Risk to Infrastructure: Lime and cement are heavy, alter pH, and generate heat (exothermic reaction) that can melt or damage expensive HDPE liners.
Our Solution: SLUSORB™
SLUSORB™ Polymer Technology-Lock Moisture. Solidify Waste. Simplify Disposal.
We utilize advanced Polymers specifically engineered for complex, high-salt sludge. Unlike sawdust which acts like a sponge, our polymers chemically cross-link with water molecules.
Action: Rapidly absorbs 200-300x its weight in water.
Result: Transforms liquid slurry into a soil-like, stackable solid.
Efficiency: Requires only 0.5% - 1.5% dosage by weight.
How It Works
From liquid to solid, only three simple steps:
1. Pumping/Dredge: Pump the sediment from the lagoon bottom to the mixing zone (or mix in situ).
2. Mixing: Add a polymer solidifying agent at a very low ratio (typically only 0.5% - 1% by weight of the sludge). No complex dewatering machinery is required; simple mixing equipment suffices.
3. Solidify: Within minutes to hours, the mixture locks in moisture through a chemical cross-linking reaction. The treated product passes the EPA Paint Filter Test, with no further free liquid seepage.
